At Male Fem, we strive to provide the best quality herbal hair oil products. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and hassle-free. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.
- Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at malefemservices@gmail.com or 9949445890 as soon as possible with your order details.
- If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process (see “Returns” section below).
- Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your herbal hair oil, we offer a return policy under the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted only within 2 days from the delivery date. The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. - Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 1 days of delivery) with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. - Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened or used. If a product is opened or used, it is considered final sale, and no returns or refunds will be issued. - Return Shipping Costs:
If you are returning a product due to a defect or shipping error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning the product for other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refunds
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions outlined above. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Refund Processing:
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and the policies of your financial institution. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. - Partial Refunds:
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds or reject a return if the returned product is damaged, used, or not in its original condition.
- Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, we recommend processing a return for the original item and placing a new order for the desired product.
- Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing time, please first check with your bank or credit card company. Refunds may take some time to appear in your account due to processing delays.
